At landtech Equipment we want you to feel confident about purchasing brand‑new, refurbished, and used surveying equipment.

1) Eligibility for Returns

  • Brand‑New Equipment — Eligible for return within 14 calendar days of delivery if unused, in original sealed packaging, and including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Refurbished Equipment — Eligible for return within 14 calendar days of delivery in the same condition received, with no additional wear, damage, or signs of misuse.
  • Used Equipment — Sales are generally final. Returns may be accepted within 14 calendar days only if a significant, undisclosed defect materially affects functionality.

2) Non‑Returnable Items

  • Items damaged by improper use, negligence, incorrect installation, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
  • Custom or special‑order configurations built to customer specifications.
  • Consumables (e.g., batteries, cables, carrying cases) unless defective upon arrival.
  • Products clearly marked as “Final Sale.”

3) Refund Process & Timing

Once a return is received, our technical team inspects it and emails you an approval or rejection decision.

  • Brand‑New: Full refund minus outbound shipping costs.
  • Refurbished: Refund minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs.
  • Used: Refund (if approved) may include up to a 10% restocking fee based on condition and completeness.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4) Return Shipping & Packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Use a trackable service and consider shipping insurance for high‑value items. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging to avoid additional fees or rejection.

5) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If something is wrong:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours and include your order number plus photos/videos of the issue.
  2. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost if confirmed defective or incorrect.

6) Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to inspection and product availability. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we can offer an equivalent model or process a refund per this policy.

7) How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@landtechequipment.com or call +6564653724 with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  2. We’ll review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
  3. Pack the item securely, include all accessories and paperwork, and write the RMA on the shipping label.

8) Additional Notes

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
  • Tampering, missing parts, or evidence of improper handling may void eligibility or incur fees.
  • We may update this policy at any time; changes apply to purchases made after the effective date.
